Utensil Terra Cotta Pots

These eye-catching, yet easy, utensil holders could star at your next buffet supper or outdoor picnic.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • pencil
    • 1" chip brush
    • 1" flat brush
    • #2 round brush
    • terra cotta pots

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry between coats and color changes.

    1. Basecoat the lower parts of the pots with two coats of Whisper on a 1" flat brush.
    2. Paint the top sections of the pots with two coats of Relic.
    3. With pencil, draw the knife, spoon, and fork at an angle (one on each pot). Paint using Relic and a #2 round brush.
    4. Pick up a little bit of Whisper using 1" chip brush and lightly paint over the utensils and the top portions of the pots.
