    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Gather the supplies.

    3. Apply a coat of Gloss Decou-Page to the inside and outside of the terra cotta pots. Leave them to dry fully.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Paint the terra cotta pots in Everlasting. Let the paint dry fully and then apply a second coat of paint for better coverage. Leave the pots to dry fully.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Add additional coats of Everlasting for full coverage.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Work on one pot at a time and work the marbling steps quickly while the paint is still wet.
    10. Using a 1” angled brush, apply a coat of Pewter in a single, flowing stroke around the entire largest pot.
    11. Instruction #6
    12. Using a slightly damp sponge, spread out the Pewter base color, creating a somewhat watercolor effect.
    13. Instruction #7
    14. Scrunch up a plastic bag and dab the painted areas, creating a spotted texture throughout.
    15. Instruction #8
    16. Add veining throughout, using a fine tip angled paintbrush: dip the brush in Pewter and paint long flowing veins that taper at the ends throughout. Repeat the sponge and plastic bag process. Smooth the hard edges with watered down Everlasting.
    17. Instruction #9
    18. Repeat the process with the medium-sized pot using Rose Quartz.

    20. Repeat the process with the smallest pot using Pink Tourmaline.
    21. Instruction #11
    22. Leave the paint to dry and apply a coat of Gloss Decou-Page over the pots.
    23. Arrange the pots together and assemble faux greens inside for a Spring centerpiece.
