- Black Tie (DA539)
- Cotton Ball (DA500)
- Lipstick (DA506)

- drill and small drill bit
- newspaper or dropcloth
- paintbrush (fine-tip)
- pencil
- screwdriver
- handles (with screws)
- 1" flat paintbrush
- wood circle, 14" diameter and 1/2" thickness
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Protect the work surface with a sheet of newspaper. Allow paint to fully dry between steps and when changing to a new color.
Repeat with as many coats as needed to achieve desired coverage.
- Paint all surfaces of the circle in Cotton Ball.
- Using a pencil, faintly draw two half-circles on both sides of the painted circle.
- Using a fine tip paintbrush, trace over the pencil lines using Black Tie.
- Dip the handle end of the paintbrush in Black Tie and dab an even amount of small dots along both sides of the thin black half circles.
- Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint V’s of Lipstick along the line connecting the small dots.
- Thicken the painted V-shape with another coat of Lipstick.
- Mark the placement for the handles with a pencil.
- Drill holes through the marked placement for the handles.
- Attach the handles to the top of the tray with appropriate-sized screws.
