Witching Hour Hat Centerpiece

Set a fashion-forward table this Halloween with a witch's hat centerpiece.
SUPPLIES
- 3/4" flat brush
- hot glue gun and glue sticks
- papier-mâché witch's hat
- feathers
- assorted ribbon
- vinyl
- 3/4" circle paper punch
INSTRUCTIONS
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the witch's hat with two to three coats of White. Allow to dry thoroughly between coats. (I used a hairdryer to speed this up.)
- Cut 3/4" circles out of vinyl with a paper punch. Adhere the circles evenly across the hat.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint two coats of Black over the entire hat and allow to dry.
- Remove the vinyl circles to reveal White underneath.
- Use a hot glue gun to apply two to three pieces of ribbon around the crown of the hat. Tie ribbon into a bow and attach it to the crown.
- Hot glue a couple of feathers at the crown of hat.
