This Halloween directional sign will lead the way for trick-or-treaters.

SUPPLIES

• paper towels
• transfer paper
• E6000 glue
• pencil
• #3 round brush
• tape
• #0 liner brush
• 1" foam brush
• embellishments of choice
• wooden sign
• printed images

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Wipe down the sign thoroughly with a damp paper towel.
2. Paint each section of the sign with a different color, alternating light with dark colors. Shown from top to bottom: Petunia Purple, Pumpkin, Wrought Iron Black, Fiesta Yellow, Citrus Green, and Antique Mum.

3. Trace and transfer the provided lettering patterns to the sign using the transfer paper.
4. Using a liner and #3 round brush, paint in the lettering. (Refer to photo for color placement.)

5. Using Woodland Brown, dry-brush the edges of the sign to create a distressed look.
6. Using E6000 Glue, adhere embellishments of your choice onto the sign.

7. Cut out images of your choice and use Americana Outdoor Decou-Page to adhere them onto the sign.. Apply decorative tape and rhinestones as desired. (Refer to final project photo for placement.)
