SUPPLIES

• flat brush
• ribbon to match
• fabric
• clutch

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix Navy Blue with Fabric Painting Medium according to label instructions. With a flat brush, apply clean water to your entire pieces of fabric. While it is still wet, apply paint mix and allow it to bleed through the fabric.

2. Cut fabric to size of clutch. Use Fabric Decou-Page to adhere fabric onto the clutch. Decou-Page two strips of brown ribbon as pictured below. Add tassels as desired.
