Center the stencil and use painter's tape to hold in place and also to block off any designs that could accidentally get into the paint. (Shown: Initial Impressions - Sleek)
Use a cosmetic sponge with Almond to add the decoration. Wash stencil.
Pick the initial letters and pounce those on with a cosmetic sponge using Soft Jade. Wash stencil.
Free-hand a heart with a round brush and Soft Jade. (Or print off the heart template, cut out, and trace around and fill in with a paintbrush and Soft Jade.) Rinse brush.
Let the table runner cure following package directions.
