Easy Peasy Vintage Flower Necklace

Create this vintage-look necklace with DecouPage and a magazine illustration.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- scissors
- 3/4" flat brush
- black string
- wooden square with hole
- magazine image
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Use scissors to cut flower image out of magazine.
- Use 3/4" flat brush to paint entire square Peony Pink.
- With 3/4 flat brush, apply DecouPage to front of square.
- Place paper down where desired and use fingers to rub bubbles out. (The more you rub, the more vintage it will look.) Add another coat of Decou-Page.
- Cut piece of string to fit neck, insert through hole at top of square, and tie.
