Add a chalky finish with Americana Decor® Chalky Finish™ to enliven a bedroom dresser.

SUPPLIES

• sandpaper
• 2" flat brush
• dresser
• screwdriver
• waxing brush

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Clean off any dirt. Sand any needed areas. Remove the drawer pulls and set aside.

2. Apply the first coat of Inheritance on all visible wooden surfaces.

3. When the paint is dry to the touch, apply a second coat. Continue applying coats until the desired coverage is achieved.

4. Lightly sand the painted areas; focus on distressing on the corners and edges.

5. Glaze the piece using Deep Brown Crème Wax. (Apply with a waxing brush for best results. Lightly dip the brush and apply until you achieve desired look.)

6. Consistently apply the Crème Wax until all areas are covered. Let dry.

7. Re-attach the drawer pulls.
