INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Transfer the pattern onto the canvas. Paint the inside of the silhouette in French Mauve.
- Apply Craft Twinkles onto French Mauve area. Apply paint thick for an even glitter coating.
