Turquoise Glossy Picture Frame Redo

Update an old matte frame with DecoArt Maxx Gloss paint.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- paper towels
- 1" flat brush
- 12" x 12" wooden frame
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Make sure frame is clean and free of dust.
- Use 1" flat brush and Aqua Waters to paint frame.
