Decoupaged Tribal Clothespins

Quickly create designs on clothespins with Americana® Decou-Page Papers and Satin Decou-Page.

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • scissors
    • ruler
    • pencil
    • #6 flat brush
    • clothespins

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Use a #6 flat brush and load separately with Razzle Berry, Bright Yellow, and Lamp Black. Use colors to paint as many clothespins as you want. Rinse brush before switching colors and at the end.

    3. Use a pencil and ruler to measure the size of the clothespins and trace onto the Americana Decou-Page Tribal Paper. Use scissors to cut out.
    4. Use a #6 flat brush and Americana Satin Decou-Page to paint on top of the clothespins. Adhere the Decou-Page Paper and brush more Decou-Page on top to seal. Rinse brush.

    6. Once the decoupaged clothespin cure, you can use them as is to hold notes or photos, with a magnet added to the back, or just attached to something to decorate.
