Traveling the World Photo Frame

Create this one-of-a-kind frame with DecoArt’s new Paper Decou-Page™ and the paper items you collected on your trips.

SUPPLIES

    • scissors
    • pencil
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • #6 flat brush
    • small wooden frame, with 3.5" square opening
    • 12" x 12" Amy Tangerine paper pad

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Use a #6 flat brush to paint the outside edges and the photo opening edges of the frame with Saffron Yellow. Let dry completely. Rinse brush.
    2. Tear out the brown chevron sheet from the Amy Tangerine paper pad and place the frame face-down on the paper.
    3. Use a pencil to trace outline of the photo window.
    4. Use the scissors to cut out the window.
    5. Use a 3/4” flat brush to apply Paper Decou-Page, following instructions on the bottle. Attach chevron paper to the frame.
    6. Rip off perforated border on United States map page. Use scissors to cut it to fit photo opening.
    7. Use a 3/4” flat brush to apply Paper Decou-Page and attach the perforated border to the frame.
    8. Use scissors to cut out an airplane and a camera from the full-color page.
    9. Use a 3/4” flat brush and Paper Decou-Page to attach the airplane, camera, and all personal collected items to the frame. Let dry.
    10. Use the same brush to seal whole frame with Paper Decou-Page.
