Decorative papers turn a wooden tissue box into a colorful accent for bathroom or boudoir.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• paper towels
• scissors
• ruler
• pencil
• liner brush
• #12 flat brush
• wooden tissue box
• ribbon
• decorative papers

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Using a #12 flat brush, paint the inside of the tissue box Bubblegum Pink.
2. Using a #12 flat brush, paint the outside of the tissue box Bahama Blue.
3. Cut decorative papers to fit all four sides of the tissue box and use Americana Matte Decou-Page to adhere the papers to the box sides.
4. To make polka dots, use the handle end of the #12 flat brush dipped alternately in Bright Orange and Moon Yellow to add dots randomly to the top of the box. Bigger polka dots can be added by dipping a pencil eraser into paint and using it as a stamp.
5. Tie a bow around the box, if desired.
