Other supplies

  • water container
  • palette or plastic plate
  • paper towels
  • rubbing alcohol
  • pencil
  • liner brush
  • #8 round brush
  • plastic sunglasses


  1. Wipe the sunglasses clean with a paper towel and rubbing alcohol.
  2. Use a pencil to draw the sunflower pattern onto one temple of the sunglass frame.
  3. Using a #8 round brush, paint the sunflower petals in School Bus.
  4. Using a #8 round brush, paint the middle of the sunflower in Coffee Bean. Using a #8 round brush, mix (1) part School Bus with (1) part Coffee Bean and use to paint the outer portion of the circle. Using a liner brush, add dots in School Bus to the outer portion of the circle.
    Step 3 Example
  5. Using a liner brush, paint three lines on the side of the sunglasses in School Bus. (refer to photo.) Using a liner brush dot on three dots in between the lines in Green Beret.
  6. If desired, repeat steps 2-4 on the other temple of the sunglasses.
