INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Cut a piece of watercolor paper to 12" x 12". Spray with water and apply Salem Blue randomly, allowing it to spread. Repeat the process with water using Salem Blue and True Blue. Cut a hill from green-patterned scrapbook paper. Use Matte Decou-Page to adhere the hill and water into place.
- Trace a round object onto a photo of your choice for the top right and adhere using Decou-Page. Tape off the sunrays; use a flat brush to apply yellow and allow it to fade. Cut a house and roof from patterned-scrapbook paper. Use a baby wipe to wipe orange onto the house and red onto the roof. Paint a red door and blue window with a flat brush. Use a liner brush to outline house in details in black.
- Transfer the lettering pattern. Mix True Blue with black; use mix to paint in the letters with a small round brush.
- Use a flat brush to paint in green trees and a round brush to paint in brown trunk. Paint the pier in brown. Paint the birds and fish using a small round brush, orange, and red. Write a sentiment of choice in the sunrays with black and a liner brush.
