  • Knockout Blue (Neon Lights) (DA344)
  • Lamp (Ebony) Black (DAO67)
  • Peach Punch (Neon Lights) (DA341)
  • Pink Explosion (Neon Lights) (DA340)
  • Radiant Yellow (Neon Lights) (DA342)

Other supplies

  • tracing paper
  • transfer paper
  • #1 liner brush
  • pen or pencil
  • round brush
  • marquee skull (Heidi Swapp)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove the glitter sheet insert from the skull. (This will be your surface for painting.) Trace and transfer the face pattern onto the insert with a pen or pencil and the tracing & transfer papers.

  2. Use a small brush with Knockout Blue to paint designated areas on the sugar skull.

  3. Use a liner brush with Green Energy to paint designated areas on the sugar skull.

  4. Use a round brush with Radiant Yellow to paint designated areas on the sugar skull.

  5. Use a round brush with Pink Explosion to paint designated areas on the sugar skull.
    Step 4 Example
  6. Use a round brush with Peach Punch to paint designated areas on the sugar skull.
    Step 5 Example
  7. Use a liner brush with Lamp Black to outline and add details.
    Step 6 Example
  8. Insert the light attachments and batteries.
    Step 7 Example
  9. Add the painted insert back in the marquee shape; screw in the plastic bulbs.
