World Traveler Stamp-Stenciled Side Table

Stencil a side table with a postage stamp for a touch of class to any room in your home.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- pencil
- painter's tape
- 2" flat brush
- 1" chip brush
- 3/4" flat brush
- cosmetic sponge
- clean cloth
- side table
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Wipe the side table clean with a cloth.
- Using a 2" flat brush, paint the entire table with two coats of Rouge.
- Use painter's tape to mask off 1-1/2" stripes. Use a 2" flat brush to paint the stripes in Rustic. Remove the tape.
- Set the Americana Decor Postcard from Paris Stencil at an angle on the table top and secure in place with painter's tape. Use a pencil to trace the stamp shape. Remove stencil.
- Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the stamp area solid with two coats of Lace.
- Position the stencil on the painted stamp area and use a cosmetic sponge to dab on the design in Rustic and Rouge.
- Use a 2" flat brush to add a coat of Americana Decor Clear Crème Wax. Use a 1" chip brush to lightly add Americana Decor Deep Brown Crème Wax to the perimeter of the table and in random places over the stripes and stamp.
