Apply painter's tape to the box and lid in a desired direction to create stripes.
Using a flat brush or cosmetic sponge, apply Peacock Pearl to the revealed areas. Remove painter's tape while the paint is still wet.
On the chalkboard tag (this one came with it), write the desired storage wording.
