DIY Striped Clipboards

You can just use a clip, plastic sheets, and some Americana Multi-Surface Acrylics to make your own clipboards.
SUPPLIES
- ruler
- flat brush
- painter's tape
- watercolor paper
- permanent marker
- plastic sheet
- round brush
- clip
INSTRUCTIONS
- Gather your supplies, such as thin plastic glass sheets and bulldog clips. If a home improvement store does not have the size plastic sheet you would like, they can likely trim them down for you.
- Use a ruler to measure out the stripes on the plastic sheets. For this project, you can use various width of stripes or the same width for all three. Tape off the stripes and paint in desired color.
- Paint three bulldog clips to match each plastic sheet. You can use the same color or mix and match colors.
- On a sheet of paper, transfer the provided flamingo design. With a round brush, paint in the flamingo. Add water to the paint for a more painterly look. Add white to some areas for highlights and just the pure paint color for the shadows.
