Remove the backing and the glass from the unfinished wooden frame. Set these items aside for later.
Use E6000 Glue to glue the handles onto the ends of the frame. Let the adhesive dry completely.
Paint the entire frame and the handles in Innocence with a flat brush.
Accent the handle design by filling in part of it with Everlasting. Let dry. Once dry, seal the entire tray with a desired varnish for added durability.
Cut a piece of remnant fabric to fit the frame. Place the fabric behind the glass of the frame, and re-attach the back of the frame. Use a screwdriver to remove the arm behind the frame so that the tray can sit flatly on the surface.
Fill the containers with various spring florals, and arrange them on the tray.
