- tracing paper
- transfer paper
- pencil
- liner brush
- 1/2" flat brush
- wood glue
- small round brush
- ribbon
- two thumbtacks
- leaves
- 10" x 20" wooden panel
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Allow to dry between painting steps.
- Using a 1/2” flat brush, paint the entire front of the wooden panel with two coats of Apple Green.
- Trace and transfer the pattern onto the front of the panel with a pencil and the tracing and transfer papers.
- Using a 1/2” flat brush, paint the bottom hill Eggplant.
- Using a small round brush, paint the tree Black Tie.
- Using a small round brush, paint the eyes and mouth School Bus; highlight in Pumpkin Patch with a liner brush.
- Add the bark highlights to the tree with the Purple Writer.
- Add rings to the background by dotting with the Lime Green Writer.
- Using a small round brush and Fuchsia, add highlights to the hill.
- Using a small round brush, add sparkle to leaves by brushing on Orange Twinkles. Let dry and glue them on tree with wood glue.
- Attach the ribbon by gluing the ends onto the back and securing with two thumbtacks.
