Easily Create a So Blue and Sparkly Fancy Frame

SUPPLIES

    • water container
    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • 3/4" flat brush
    • laser-cut frame

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

    Allow to dry between painting steps.

    1. Using 3/4 flat brush paint one coat of True Blue.
    2. Using a 3/4 flat brush, add one coat of Sapphire Blue.
    3. When dry, use 3/4 flat brush to apply another coat of Sapphire Blue
