Create a wintry scene with this snow-crested birdhouse using Snow-Tex®.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• rubbing alcohol
• palette knife
• embellishments of choice
• birdhouse
• paintbrushes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wipe the birdhouse surface clean with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel.

2. Using a palette knife, pat a dollop of Snow-Tex onto the top of the roof, adding a little bit at a time until the roof is covered.

3. At the eave of the roof, shape snow drifts with the palette knife. Let dry. Once dry, add embellishments of choice, like imitation show, a Christmas tree, or mini ornaments.
