Add a heavenly accent to your living space with these shabby chic wings highlighted in Metallic Lustre® Rose Gold.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• sandpaper
• 1" flat brush
• 2" foam brush
• 1" foam brush
• clean cloth
• 1" stencil brush
• wooden shape

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Lightly sand any rough edges of the wings. Wipe down with a paper towel to remove any sanding dust.

2. Paint the wings with two coats of Lace on the foam brushes. (Use a small foam brush to get into any crevices.) Allow to dry completely between coats.

3. Optional: Add a subtle texture by using a pouncing motion with the foam brushes on the lower portion of the wings.

4. Lightly sand the wings for a distressed look. Wipe away any sanding dust with a paper towel.

5. Apply a coat of White Pearl onto the entire wing.

6. Using fingertips or a 1" stencil brush, apply Rose Gold to the feathers. For added interest and dimension, apply more Rose Gold to the tips of the feathers and let dry.

7. Using a fingertip, apply Rose Gold to the edges of the wings. Buff the entire wing to high sheen with a clean cloth.
