Wipe the entire surface of the candleholders with rubbing alcohol.
Paint the interior and exterior of the stars in Victorian Blue. Paint the base of the candleholder in the center of the star, the top edge, and the exterior ribs in Slate Grey.
Paint Galaxy Blue over the Victorian Blue areas and Silver over the Slate Grey areas, applying more layers as needed until the desired look is achieved.
