Cut a 1" x 2" board into (2) 14-3/4" pieces; (2) 22-7/8" pieces; and (1) 24-3/8" piece. Lightly sand any rough spots.
Using a Kreg jig, make two pocket holes in one end of all the pieces except the 24-3/8" piece. (If using a nail gun, instead of a Kreg jig, skip this step.)
Build a frame with the (4) pieces using the pocket holes (or nails) to attach to each other. (The pieces that measure the same should be parallel to each other.) Use wood glue and clamps to keep the frame square.
Measure the hardware cloth (about 15 inches), cut with wire cutters, and set aside.
Using a nail gun, nail the 24-3/8" piece to the bottom of the frame.
Paint the frame in Terra Coral (or other similar color) with a 3/4" flat brush. Let dry completely.
Using a soft cloth, apply Rose Gold to the entire frame. Let dry.
Once dry, flip the frame over so the 24-3/8" piece is visible. Mark about every inch and pre-drill holes with a 5/6" drill bit.
Twist each cup hook into the pre-drilled holes. Make each hook face forward.
Flip the frame over and attach the hardware cloth using a staple gun. Attach a sawtooh hanger at the top back.
