DecoArt Opaque Glass Paint Marker
- Black (DGPM64)
- Yellow (DGPM57)
DecoArt® Glass Paint
- Black (DGP14)
- Fuchsia (DGP16)
- Green (DGP08)

- White (DGP01)
Other supplies
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- rubbing alcohol
- 1/8" flat brush (Americana Specialty Glass Brush Set - DABK12)
- cosmetic foam wedge
- ceramic piggy bank (Michaels)
- 5/0 liner glass paintbrush
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Clean the bank surface with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel before painting. Allow to dry between paint applications. Follow the paint marker instructions for cure time and baking.
- Use a flat brush to paint Pink oval shapes randomly on the bank surface.
- Use the same brush and Fuchsia to paint over the ovals, leaving a v-shape of Pink.
- Double-load the flat brush with Pink and Fuchsia. With the Pink towards top, highlight the ovals, as shown in the photo.
- Use a flat brush and Green to base in leaf shapes next to the ovals. Use the Yellow Paint Marker to draw small 5-petal flowers in the open areas between the Pink flowers.
- Double-load the flat brush with Green and Yellow. Use to highlight the leaf edge and center vein area. Use the liner brush and White to add section lines on the flowers.
- Use a Black Paint Marker to make dash lines between the small flowers and to dot the centers of the Pink flowers. Use a cosmetic sponge to lightly tap Pink onto the ears.
HELPFUL HINTS
Make sure to remove the bank's rubber stopper and foot cushions before baking.
