Soak the postage stamps in a pan of warm water for a few minutes. Peel the paper off of the back of the postage stamps and lay on wax paper to dry.
Use a small flower paper punch to punch out the center of five stamps.
Using a large flat brush, paint the inside of the bracelet with Cactus. Paint the outside with Bubblegum Pink and Dragon Fruit on a small flat brush. Paint the oval designs in Dragon Fruit with a small flat brush.
Use Americana Matte Decou-Page to adhere the large stamps onto the centers of the ovals and the small cut-out shapes between the ovals.
Apply tiny Warm White dots all around the ovals.
Spray with several coats of Americana Matte Spray Finish.
