Other supplies

  • rubbing alcohol
  • flat brush
  • clear glass plate
  • pouncer


  1. Gather all of your supplies, such as glass plates, paint, a sponge pouncer, and a brush. Use rubbing alcohol to wipe down the plates before painting.

  2. Turn the plates over so the bottom is facing upwards. Using a round sponge pouncer, pounce Black circles over the back of the plate. You can do them randomly or more uniform like below.

  3. Once the black has dried, Use a flat brush to paint White onto the back of the plate. Repeat for remaining plates.

  4. Bake plates with the painted side up according to label instructions.
