Keep your vehicle nice and clean while showing your team spirit with a painted tailgating tablecloth using Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics.

SUPPLIES

• transfer paper
• pencil
• 1/2" flat brush
• cardboard
• iron
• cosmetic sponge
• iron and ironing board
• drop cloth
• circle punch

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. If needed, cut the canvas drop cloth to the desired size and iron out the wrinkles in the material. Use the transfer paper to transfer the "Play Ball" pattern onto the cloth. (Or use as a reference to sketch the lettering onto the cloth.) Apply the lettering towards the end of the material so it will be hanging off the end of the tailgate.

2. Fill in the letters in Cobalt using a 1/2" flat brush.

3. Use a circle punch on a piece of thin cardboard to make a stencil. Dab a cosmetic sponge in Gold (Metallic) and use a pouncing motion to sponge inside the circle randomly around the lettering.

4. Use a 1/2" flat brush to add a border around the lettering with Cotton Ball. Fill in the inside and between the letters with the same color.
