NOTE: Allow the paint to dry between coats. Overworking the glass paint can cause lifting.
Clean the ornament with rubbing alcohol and paper towel.
Use painter's tape to mask off the center section of the ornament.
Use a cosmetic sponge to gently tap Tuscan Red on the open section. Apply thin coats, allowing to dry between coats for best results.
Use a #2 round glass brush and White to paint random wide stripes vertically and horizontally on the Tuscan Red band. Use a liner brush and White to paint narrow stripes.
Use a #2 round glass brush and Festive Green to paint over the wide stripes.
Use a liner brush and Glorious Gold (Metallic) to paint over the narrow stripes.
Before lifting the painter's tape, run a craft knife or razor blade down the tape edges. Lift the ape.
Use the handle end of a brush and Glorious Gold (Metallic) to dot above and below the painted design.
Personalize using a liner brush and White or use a stencil.
HELPFUL HINTS
