    1. Thoroughly sand the wooden arrows. On one rocket, paint both the tail and tip in blue. On the same rocket, tape off stripes on the body of the arrow and paint in red and white. On the other rocket, paint the head in blue and the body in red. Tape off stripes on the tail and paint in red and white, using a flat brush for both.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. On the rocket with the red body, transfer the provided pattern. Using a round brush, paint "USA" and the stars in white. On the other rocket, use a round sponge pouncer to add white dots to the head and tail.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Using a liner brush, outline all elements of both rockets in black.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Cut a dowel to the desired length for each rocket. (This depends on how much you want the rocket sticking out.) Paint each dowel in blue and red. Adhere to the back of the rocket using E6000 Glue.
