NOTE: Be sure to wipe down your surface with soapy water before painting.
Gather all of your supplies, such as a leather cuff, paints, and brushes.
Using a flat brush, randomly add large brush strokes of Soft Pink. Once it has dried, use a round brush to add loose dots of Black randomly over the cuff. Be sure to overlap some of the dots onto the pink.
