Colorize an old dresser into a lively buffet for a dining room with Americana Decor® Chalky Finish™.

SUPPLIES

    • sandpaper
    • paintbrush
    • dresser
    • #3 round brush
    • yardstick or ruler
    • clean cloth

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Prep the piece by wiping away any dust or dirt.

    2. Basecoat the piece in Cherish. Let dry. Add second coat, if needed.

    3. Using a #3 round brush, hand-paint detail with Everlasting.

    4. Use a ruler to help guide detail painting, if needed.

    5. Lightly distress the piece using sandpaper.

    6. Seal the piece with Ultra-Matte Varnish. Let dry and cure completely before use.
