Fancy Black-n-Gold Painted Champagne Flutes

Ordinary champagne flutes shine in black and gold for New Year's Eve with Americana® Gloss Enamels™.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- paper towels
- rubbing alcohol
- painter's tape
- #8 flat brush
- #6 round brush
- cosmetic sponge
- glass champagne flutes
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Using a cosmetic sponge, paint the base of the flutes with two coats of Black. Using a #8 flat brush, paint stripes up the stem (the same width as the brush) in Black. Using a #8 flat brush, paint the alternating stripes in White.
- Use painter's tape to mask off the top rim of the flute. Using a cosmetic sponge, dab on two coats of Black. Using a #6 round brush, dab on tiny dots of Glorious Gold in between the stripes.
- Using the same method as above, dot along the top in Glorious Gold.
- Mask off the desired height of numerals with painter's tape and, using a #6 round brush, paint "XII" on one flute.
- Using a #6 round brush, paint the word "Cheers" in Glorious Gold on the other flute.
