Other supplies

  • transfer paper
  • pencil
  • painter's tape
  • small round brush
  • 1/2" pouncer (Americana Dual Sided Pouncers - DABK19)
  • 1/4" pouncer (Americana Dual Sided Pouncers - DABK19)
  • medium flat brush
  • notebook (3)

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.

  1. Transfer the provided patterns onto the notebook covers with transfer paper. Paint the cone in yellow with a medium flat brush. Paint the ice cream in pink with the same brush. Tape off the stripe on the side and paint in green. Paint scallops in blue.
  2. Use a small round brush to paint blue diagonals on the cone. Use a small pouncer to add peach dots on the ice cream.
  3. Tape off the right side of the second notebook and paint in green with the flat brush. Use a round brush to paint in each donut in yellow, blue, pink, green, and peach.
  4. Tape off diagonals on the right side stripe. Paint in peach with a flat brush. Use a small round brush to add sprinkles in desired colors on each donut.
  5. Use a flat brush to paint the body of the pineapple in yellow. Paint the foliage on the top in green with the flat and round brushes. Tape off the right stripe and paint in peach. Tape off triangles and paint in pink.
  6. Use a small pouncer to add dots in blue to the pineapple. Add lines in the foliage in peach with a round brush.
