Paint the entire clipboard in blue with a flat brush.
Transfer the provided pattern using transfer paper. Using a liner brush, paint in the lettering in black.
Transfer the provided "&" pattern onto Decou-Page Paper. Cut out using a craft knife.
Decoupage the lettering onto the clipboard with a flat brush and apply another layer of Decou-Page on top. Let dry. Once dry, use a liner brush to apply a black outline.
