Monsters Painted on Black Velvet

These cute lil' monsters painted on velvet glow brightly under black lights.
SUPPLIES
- small and medium brushes
- wooden embroidery hoops
- black velvet
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Non-stretch velvet works best.
- Place black velvet through embroidery hoops and cut off the excess. Transfer provided monster patterns. Use a medium brush for larger areas and a smaller brush for details. (Use colors of your choice from list). Saturate your brush in water to facilitate blending paint into the velvet.
- Use a small brush to paint the teeth in Cotton Ball.
- Use a small brush to paint the eyes in Cotton Ball and Blue.
