Cute and Fun Monster Puppets

Keep your kids busy with these easy-to-make and fun-to-use monster puppets.
SUPPLIES
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- liner brush
- #8 round brush
- #8 flat brush
- clothespins
- wooden sign
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Mix (1) part Lavender with (1) part Snow White and (1) part Indian Turquoise with (1) part Snow White. Use these mixes to paint each wooden sign "monster" using a #8 flat brush. (Save Lavender/Snow White mix for later step.)
- Use a #8 round brush to paint polka dots in Lavender on the Lavender/Snow White "monster". Use a #8 round brush to paint jagged stripes in Indian Turquoise on the Indian Turquoise/Snow White "monster".
- Use a #8 round brush to paint the eyes on the monsters in Snow White. Use a liner brush to add details in Spiced Pumpkin and the Indian Turquoise/Snow White mix from step 1. Use a liner brush to paint the "X" and the lashes.
- Use a liner brush to paint the mouth and teeth in Lamp Black and Snow White.
- Use a #8 flat brush to paint four of the clothespins using the Lavender/Snow White mix from step 1 for two and Lavender alone for two.
- Mix (1) part Snow White with (1) part Spiced Pumpkin. Use a #8 flat brush to paint the remaining four clothespins using the Snow White/Spiced Pumpkin mix for two and Spiced Pumpkin alone for two.
- Place the clothespins on the tops of the monsters' heads. Use a #8 flat brush to add Crystal Craft Twinkles to all of the clothespins. Use a #8 flat brush to paint the handles (dowels) in Lavender and Indian Turquoise.
