    • palette or plastic plate
    • paper towels
    • paintbrush
    • cosmetic sponge
    • Ipad case

    INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

    1. Remove all outside labels from the tablet case. (You do want to leave the foam inside to help protect the case from paint going through to the back side.)
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Place the framed stencil from the DecoArt Personally Yours Initial Impressions Stencil centered on the front of the tablet case. Use a paintbrush or paintbrush handle to mix (1) part Sweet Mint with (1) part Fabric Painting Medium. Use a cosmetic sponge and the mix to pounce on the circle border and outer dots. Wash stencil.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Use the Americana Aztec Pattern Stencil to do the entire background in sections. Use a separate cosmetic sponge for each color. Use a paintbrush or paintbrush handle to mix each color 1:1 with the Fabric Painting Medium before applying to surface. (I started with the Coral Blush mix, then applied the Sweet Mint mix, and finished with the Snow White mix. You can repeat the colors or switch up the color order.) Wash stencils and throw away sponges.
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Use the Personally Yours Stencil to do the monogram. Use a paintbrush or paintbrush handle to mix (1) part Splendid Gold with (1) part Fabric Painting Medium. Start with the 4" letters for the last name initial in the center of the monogram. Load a new cosmetic sponge with Splendid Gold mix to fill in the first letter. Wash stencil.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Use the 3" letter stencils to do the first and last initials on the left (first) and right (last) sides. Fill them in with the same cosmetic sponge used in step 4 and Splendid Gold. Wash stencils.
