Festive Mexican Flower Headband

Create this brilliantly-colored, Mexican-accented headband with Glamour Dust™ Glitter Paint.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- paper flowers
- E6000 Glue
- binder clip
- felt
- headband
- paintbrushes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clip the top layers of the flower petals with a binder clip or clothespin. Paint the petals in Peacock Teal, Razzle Berry, Saffron Yellow, or Ultramarine Blue. To make the leaves, pull apart one of the flowers and use the petals as leaves. Paint the leaves in Festive Green.
- Glitter the petals and leaves with like colors such as Sapphire Blue, Aqua, Emerald, Sizzling Red, Lemon Drop, and Celebration Pink. Allow the paint to dry.
- Use the provided pattern to create the base for the flowers with the felt.
- Using E6000 Glue, adhere the flowers to the felt base and allow to dry. Glue the felt base to the headband and allow to dry thoroughly before wearing.
