SUPPLIES
- soft cloth
- 8" x 10" old frame
- 1" brush
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure surface of free of dust. Wipe down with soft cloth.
- With 1" brush, paint frame. Let dry. Add a second coat of paint if necessary.
