- rubbing alcohol
- pencil
- #6 flat brush
- #4 flat brush
- #0 round brush
- soap or brush cleaner
- glass bottle (Michaels - #400100720523)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the bottles with rubbing alcohol and dry well before painting.
- Print off the patterns and use a pencil and tracing and transfer papers to trace and transfer the patterns to the centers of the bottles.
- Apply Antique Gold with a #0 round brush. Let dry. Apply a second coat to achieve the best opacity. Rinse brush.
- Apply Baby Blue with a #6 flat brush in five or six regular brushstrokes from the line of the horizon.
- Apply Calypso Blue with a #4 flat brush on top of the Baby Blue in four brushstrokes from the line of the horizon. Rinse brush.
- Apply White with a #4 flat brush in one or two regular strokes in the bottom of the ocean.
- Define the details with a #0 round brush and Black (horizon, fish outline, seahorse ribs, etc.)
- Apply White with the same brush to bubbles and as highlights to the seahorse.
- Let dry completely and seal with Americana Primer & Sealer.
