SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• stylus or pencil
• transfer paper
• #3 round brush
• 1/2" flat brush
• #0 liner brush
• 8" x 8" stretched canvas

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Allow to dry between painting steps.

1. Place transfer paper carefully onto canvas and place pattern on top. Use pen or stylus to trace over pattern, transferring it to canvas.
2. Use 1/2” flat brush to paint bulk of tree branches in Rich Espresso.
3. Use #3 round brush to paint thinner branches and birds in Rich Espresso.
4. Use #3 round brush to paint larger hearts in Festive Red.
5. Use liner brush to add smaller hearts in Festive Red.
6. Use #3 round brush and Festive Green to add leaves to tree (optional).
7. Use liner brush to add a few random hearts in Festive Green and Emperor’s Gold.
