Use a 3/4" flat brush to paint the journal page spread from left to right, starting with Titanium White, to Primary Magenta, to Dioxazine Purple, saturating the brush with water as you go for a watercolor look.
Use a cosmetic sponge to dab on paint through the Americana Loopy Stencil randomly throughout the canvas in Titanium White.
Use a pencil to draw fish on the scrapbook paper and cut out with scissors. Use a 3/4" flat brush to adhere the fish randomly to the journal page spread.
Use a #8 round brush to outline the fish in Primary Magenta.
Use the eraser from the pencil to randomly add dots in Titanium White. Use the cap from the paint to randomly add circles in Titanium White and a 2:1 mix of Titanium White and Cerulean Blue.
