"Let's 'Avo' Good Time" Canvas Art

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with this colorful canvas made with Galaxy Glitter™.
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- pencil
- 8-1/2" x 11" canvas board
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using the provided pattern as a guide, draw the avocado drawing onto the canvas.
- Mix (1) part Snow White with (3) parts Saffron Yellow and use mix to paint the top of the wall. Blend into Burnt Orange toward the bottom of the wall. Paint the table in Berry Red toward the top and blend to Burnt Orange toward the bottom. Paint the avocados edge in Holly Green blending to Yellow Green and then Saffron Yellow toward the middle. - Paint the seeds in Milk Chocolate, highlighting with Saffron Yellow. Paint the maracas in Berry Red and paint the zig-zags in Berry Red, Royal Fuchsia, and Saffron Yellow. Paint the hat in Saffron Yellow and shade with Milk Chocolate around the edges. Paint dots and zig-zags in various colors such as True Blue, Royal Fuchsia, and Berry Red. Use Lamp Black for the letters, faces, hands and feet, musical notes, and other lines. (See photo for placement.)
- Allow the painting to dry. Paint Extraterrestrial Green around the edge of the avocado skin. Blend Clear Ice Comet from the edges to the centers of the avocados. (Seeds do not need to be glittered.)
