Give some shine to this leather garland with Patent Leather™ paint.

SUPPLIES

• scissors
• sewing machine
• circle template
• leather scraps

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Trace the circle templates of different sizes onto the leather scraps and cut out.

2. Paint the circles using Patent Leather paint. Leave some circles in bare leather, if desired. Let dry.

3. Once the paint is completely dry, mock assemble the circles in a line so the colors are distributed evenly. Stack in the desired order in preparation for sewing.

4. Feed each circle through the sewing machine. When you get to the end of each circle, add the next one on your stack, making sure not to cut the sewing thread in between. Make sure you have a heavy duty needle attached to the sewing machine so that it can handle the thickness of the leather.

5. Remove the stitched circles from the sewing machine and display in a desired location.
