Use a medium brush to paint the top parts of the cones Snow White; the middles, Spiced Pumpkin; and the bottoms, Antique Gold. Let dry. Use a medium brush to add glitter: Crystal to the tops; Orange to the middles; and Gold to the bottoms. Let dry.
Use a small brush to free-hand kawaii faces in Lamp Black, in expressions of your choice. Use a small brush to add rosy cheeks in Carousel Pink.
Use craft glue to adhere pom-pom garlands to each "tree". (Refer to photo for placement.)
