- flat brush
- hot glue gun and glue sticks
- cosmetic sponge
- matching ribbon
- jingle bell
- wood panel
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Paint the entire panel in Blue Chiffon with a flat brush.
- Position the stencil in the center of the panel. Use a cosmetic sponge to apply brass onto the stencil.
- Reposition and stencil the jingle bell randomly over the panel.
- Tie small bells onto a piece of ribbon. Hot glue ribbon onto each end of the panel as a hanger.
